Looking for a sitter

Hi I got 4 yr old and 3 yr old daughters that I'm trying to find a sitter for. It'll be only when needed. Such as for for when I go out to take care of important things or an outing with my bigger girls. I'm looking for someone that isn't overly priced. Someone who is reliable, mature, responsible and caring. This will be at my place sitting.
