Located in the Applegate Valley we are a craft cannabis family farm rooted in farming practices that regenerate and sustain the land, inspire our farmers and promote conscious cannabis cultivation. We are searching for a harvest/trim lead that will be responsible for the sorting, bucking, and prepping of material for the trimmers. OLCC card required. The individual will be expected to execute daily tasks efficiently, keep a clean and organized work space and communicate clearly and respectfully with the trimmers and co-workers. There may be opportunity for this position to join the trimmers when the duties of the post-harvest trim lead have been met. The position is a full-time position to start with wages starting at $15-16 with room to grow based on performance. The position has potential for year round work that would include planting, harvesting, pruning and other farm maintenance duties that are needed when the normal tasks of the Trim Lead are not online.
