Seeking person to wash cloth diapers

My wife and I have a one month old baby and are looking to hire someone to wash ~30-40 cloth diapers two times per week, for the next 12+ months. We live in Adams Morgan near the bus depot on the Calvert Street bridge and the ideal person will be able to pick-up/drop off at a mutually convenient time. I imagine this type of job is ideal for someone already familiar and comfortable with washing dirty baby diapers, and who has access to a washer/drier. (The building we live in costs $2.50 per wash) We want to establish a fair business relationship and are uncertain what a fair amount would be.
