PLEASE READ ENTIRE post. I recently purchased a home and pulled up all the floors down to the concrete. I am wanting to lay down tile that looks like wood. You MUST have your own wet tile saw & experience! My home is 2108 Sq ft. I am located in San tan valley (this located very Far East) I am looking to pay about $1500 cash I am not looking to negotiate.
