Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 04/26/2021   On Monday April 26, 2021 at around 12:00am officers responded to a report of a robbery in the parking deck at 48 13th St NE. On scene an officer was working to clear traffic and signaled for a vehicle to stop. The vehicle stopped and then pulled forward and struck the officer. The driver, later identified as Ahjahnae Laquer, age 27, resisted arrest after hitting the officer. Laquer was eventually arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, Obstruction of Officers, and Disorderly Conduct and was taken to the Fulton County Jail. The officer was not injured.
