BIRMINGHAM, AL — A husband and wife in Birmingham died Friday night in a house fire. The fire occurred at 1132 Northwood Drive, according to a WBRC report. Firefighters found John Fletcher Grubbs, 88, and his wife Eunice Johnson Grubbs, 88, inside the home when they arrived on the scene.
