BIRMINGHAM, AL — A 48-year-old Birmingham woman was found dead in a wrecked vehicle on I-59 Friday night. A WBRC report said Kelly Coleman Blevins was an occupant in the vehicle found at Oporto Madrid Blvd exit just after 7 p.m. Friday.
