Not only are you literally saving lives, but the staff can help you find whatever color, sex, hair coat, and look you want all while getting free supplies and medical care for the animal while it’s a foster. A lot of places even give you first dibs and a discounted adoption fee if you’re a foster, and that animal will come spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped for cheaper than you can get through a vet. I personally foster for the Humane Society and it’s great! There are staff to support you always, and they have plenty of animals available. Have any questions? Please reach out.
