Handyman needed for a Property Management Company located on the North Side of Syracuse. Job will include all general work on residential rental properties. This includes painting, cleaning, exterior cleaning, assisting carpenter, some landscaping for upkeep of the properties. Applicant must pass a background check, credit check, and drug test. Applicant must have their own transportation to reach properties to work. Applicant must have a basic toolbox. Applicant must have availability to work Monday through Thursday, a full day. Applicant must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Applicant must be able to be adaptable and flexible. Enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
