South Coast SolarClean is a small family owned business looking for an full time cleaning technician, (experience is a plus but not required) that will be reasonable for preforming solar panel cleaning, rain gutter cleanings, window cleanings and other small repair or installation work around a home or business. The majority of the work will be conducted on roofs or from tall ladders so all applicants must be comfortable with heights and working on ladders. Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour with possibility of advancement Job Requirements: Must have reliable transportation too and from Lake Forest. A company car will be provided during working hours. Must have a valid driver's license Be punctual and professional Comfortable on and have experience with climbing ladders/heights Must be able to communicate clearly with customers in English, español is a plus Be willing and able to travel/work in the following areas: all of Orange and Long Beach County, South LA County, Most of Riverside County, North San Diego County *Having your own tools is a plus but not required Previous Experience A Plus: Solar panel cleaning or installation Residential/Commercial window cleaning Gutter installation Pressure washing Roofing background Construction background Handyman background
