Builder needs trades people to finish things others did not finish in new construction:
1. Holes for door knobs, install door knobs
2. Add nails to finish trim
3. Install closet rods
4. Finish building a cedar sauna kit
5. Assist me or build a few concrete stairs
6. Paint touch up
7. Align door
8. Install a few tiles as base
9. Small drywall repair
Will pay by the hour or job. I have all necessary tools and supplies.
Good work will lead to more work.
