Home has a small laundry room. There is a room on the concrete slab of the house to extend the laundry room and create a 3/4 laundry room. Interested in a skilled contractor to extend the square footage of the house by extending the outer wall. After demolishing wall, remove outside water heater, install waterless heater, and create plumbing outlets for shower, sink, and toilet. All supplies will be provided, bring your tools thats it. I am looking for creativity, reliability, and attention to detail. If the work is good, I have follow on upgrades to my guest house. **Any permit work will be completed by me.***
