Sounds like Representative Ilhan Omar is aligned with her peer congresswoman Tlaib in MI possibly piloting a police defunding program for her district. If this is truly going to happen, then it will be interesting to see the overall plan for defunding & the performance metrics for evaluation ahead of time. Also, she needs to communicate out the date of defunding. This has not communicated....Perhaps a call to their offices to see if it is true and ask for details. They have been adamant about it, so cant see why it would not be in the works. Anyone hear anything on this? True? If true, I wonder how and when...details help.
