Removing intoxilock interlock

I’m willing to pay someone to finish rewiring my cars ignition to starter. I already removed the panels and taken out all the cameras and accessories. I’m only unsure where and how to put the plug or adapter back to the ignition. If anyone is familiar or can help it shouldn’t take longer than 20 minutes. I’ll pay $40 if you have your own tools and can come do it quick.. if it ends up being more work and taking longer, I can pay more please have your own tools for soldering if it needs it.. I have wire tools and crimps
