wanted: calm older dog

willing to travel for the right dog. We are looking for another dog as a companion to us and our fur kids. we have an almost 9 year old female Rottweiler who is sweet as can be and unreactive towards other animals. We do work full time away from the home. When we are home, the rottie is usually inside with us and she sleeps inside, in our bedroom, as would the new addition. We own our home and have a large, shaded yard. We would like a quiet, cat and kid friendly adult dog. We dont have kids but there are several in the neighborhood and we are not wanting any issues when we are out and about. We have had XL breeds (mastiffs, great dane) and xs (chihuahua, chinese crested). We prefer to adopt older dogs rather than puppies and we have hospice adopted. All our animals are spayed/neutered. Rehoming fee is negotiable, but we are NOT “buying” a dog. Text if you feel we might be a fit.
