Survey is looking for Reset Merchandisers to complete multiple Reset Projects at grocery/convenience stores located in the state of Maine. The resets start immediately and will continue until May 28th. Pay is $15 per hour. Hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will complete 1 or 2 stores resets per day. Stores are located within the state of Maine, it involves a good deal of driving and we are paying for hotels when necessary. Due to shift start times and distance reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. As a reset merchandiser, you'll be part of a hard-working team that rearranges all the products on the shelves at stores. Reset and POG reading experience is not required. We are looking for candidates who can work all shifts if possible. You'll implement the new planogram (shelf map / schematic), move fixtures, set signage, stock products, and more. You'll have a designated team lead on site, and the team lead assigns your specific tasks, checks your work, and acts as your supervisor. No materials needed, everything will be provided by your Team Lead on site. About you: The ideal candidate likes to work hard, is reliable and must have reliable transportation, and takes his or her work seriously. While you will be working with other reset merchandisers, you will have to work independently. After the reset ends, you will have plenty of other opportunities through our app, both with resets and with other retail services work. About the Position: - Stores are located in the state of Maine. - Starts immediately and will continue until May 28th. - Hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch - two 15 minutes breaks paid time). - Pay is $15 hour, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App. - Dress Code: Comfortable Shoes, Khakis Pants (or Black Pants), No Jeans, Dark or Black Shirt (No Logos or Stickers). Your Responsibilities: - Drive between stores. - Remove products from the shelves. - Place new items based on the updated planogram (POG). - Assemble and install fixtures, shelves, racks, and signage. - Attach shelf tags. - Make sure the products face the front and are in perfect order. Qualifications: - Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Ability to lift up to 50lbs. - Must be able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time. - Ability to work on a team and follow instructions. - Must have reliable transportation and a current, valid driver's license. - Must have an Android or iOS device capable of running the Survey Merchandiser app. - Basic knowledge of how to use basic hand tools. - Able to pass a background check. - Drug screening may be required. - Must be 18 years old or older.
