Forward Management, Inc. has an immediate opening for full-time or part-time individuals to join our cleaning team within a few of our multi-family apartment buildings in and around the west side of Madison, Sun Prairie and De Forest. Position requires general common area cleaning and outside trash pickup. Position also requires cleaning individual apartments after residents move-out to make them ready for new residents moving in. Must be able to work on the last day and first day of each month for apartment turnover cleaning. Requirements & Position Description: Must be professional, and clean at a 5 star level (efficiently, organized, attention to detail, follows work orders and is time conscientious) Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work as well as each job site during the work day Must be able to work unsupervised once trained & must be on time Must be in good physical condition to perform necessary tasks Must be able to speak, read and write English Must have functional cell phone Must have verifiable references and a stable work history Must be drug free and follow company’s drug policy Typical hours will be set between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday.
