Independent Contractor PAINTERS Hiring Independent Contractor to PAINT VACANT units in local multi-family apartment communities LARGER TEAMS WELCOME: We are responsible for PAINTING tasks at assigned properties Roles & Responsibilities: • PAINT the following with sprayer/brush Kitchen, Bathroom(s), Bedroom(s), Hallway, Living room, Dining room Job Requirements: • Must have OWN VEHICLE to transport tools, supplies and equipment to different properties • Must have PHONE to receive work assignments • Must be reliable, customer service-oriented and willing to be part of a team • Must be honest and organized with a positive attitude, looking to represent an ethical business • Must be organized and able to think on your feet • Must be available to WORK: MONDAY through SATURDAY Compensation is based on a per-unit rate and your ability to complete the quality painting in a timely fashion Contratista independiente PINTORES Contratación de un contratista independiente para pintar unidades VACANTES en comunidades locales de apartamentos multifamiliares GRANDES EQUIPOS BIENVENIDOS: Somos responsables de las tareas de PINTURA en las propiedades asignadas Roles y responsabilidades: • PINTAR lo siguiente con rociador / brocha Cocina, Baño (s), Dormitorio (s), Pasillo, Sala, Comedor Requisitos de trabajo: • Debe tener un VEHÍCULO PROPIO para transportar herramientas, suministros y equipos a diferentes propiedades. • Debe tener un TELÉFONO para recibir asignaciones de trabajo • Debe ser confiable, orientado al servicio al cliente y dispuesto a formar parte de un equipo • Debe ser honesto y organizado con actitud positiva, buscando representar un negocio ético • Debe estar organizado y ser capaz de pensar sobre sus pies. • Debe estar disponible para TRABAJAR: LUNES a SÁBADO La compensación se basa en una tarifa por unidad y su capacidad para completar una pintura de calidad de manera oportuna
