Sauna/Steam Rooms in San Diego?

Flying in to San Diego tonight and hoping to visit a steam room or sauna while in town. Not sure with COVID restrictions where is open or not. Would appreciate recommendations for gyms/spas etc., that have an open steam room or sauna (preferably close to Gaslamp) Thanks in advance!
