Writerwerx is seeking poets to help judge their upcoming "Pocket Poetry" contest. This competition consists of entrants submitting their poems on any theme so long as the poems are 100 words or less. The contest is open from May 1 through May 31st. 1. Open the online submissions folder you'll be given access to. 2. Open the online score sheet that will be created for you (including a rubric for your reference). 3. Read an entry. 4. Rate the entry on your score sheet. 5. Repeat these steps every week or so. We're anticipating less than 50 entries, and you'll have all of May and all of June to rate entries, so there's plenty of time. In the past, people have used their role as a judge as a way to pad their resume, find new talent, or create newsworthy blog posts or articles about themselves for self-promotion.
