Catering company looking for a new culinary assistant to the chef/owner for a few events coming up season. East valley preferred, culinary training or long term experience in a full service restaurant as a sous or executive chef. Must have reliable transportation and have availability during the busy days TH-SAT. Culinary assistants are responsible for event dinners on the day of the event and will do some prep work at our commercial kitchen prior to the event (usually day before). References needed since this is the event business and we need someone who is loyal and reliable. Having a truck is a bonus, but not required.
