Balance Staffing is currently hiring Production level candidates to work at one of our client sites in Tracy, CA. Job Details: • Work is locating Tracy, CA • Both day and swing shift hours o Day: 6AM- 8AM start time o Swing: 2:15PM start • Pay rate: $14/hr. to $14.50 an hour depending on shift • Long term 40 hour+ work schedule available • Spanish speaking only permitted • Entry-level candidates welcomed Duties: • Lineworker, handling, sorting and shipping out the final product • Packaging both raw and cooked material • Tagging and labeling product Requirements: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be willing to consent to pre-employment screening • Must have reliable transportation to Tracy, CA • Be flexible to work long hours to include weekends based on business need Benefits/Schedule: • Electronic onboarding process • Weekly paycheck (direct deposit/pay card available) • Benefits available once you meet your 30-day mark All interested candidates please contact Carmen at (209) 213-1505 Balance Staffing is an EOE
