Seeking drummer that puts the songs before ego/showing off

Looking for a full-time project drummer, someone who wants to join a band as a drummer. It wouldn't hurt if you sang harmonies, but isn't a deal-breaker if you don't. The stage we are in is needing someone to perform drums on demos, and play a few gigs from June-November with us. We are not currently gigging for money, but plotting a move for national touring and shopping to labels this Autumn through next winter by self-releasing an EP while shopping DEMOS of an LP to labels. You would be involved in both if you desired. We are NOT looking for fill-in work or people looking to gig for cash. All money earned goes back to the project until we are earning enough to have this BE our "day job". Respect to anyone who wants to play and get paid every weekend... but we're looking more to the longterm future! Thanks for your interests. PS- Our influences range from 60s soul and garage, 90s grunge, and indie. We love hip hop, syncopated beats. If you happen to like Pink Floyd AND Glass Animals we might be a perfect match. Also into Built to Spill, Stone Roses, Helio Sequence, Bombay Bicycle Club, Doves, and generally bands who don't sound like anyone else and no one else sounds like them.... which is what we like to think of ourselves.
