Not a short term job. We have ample work for foreseeable future. Job Description: * 40 hrs, Mon - Fri, frequent overtime opportunities * modification of heavy truck chassis, bodies and components * installation of hydraulic components/systems and controls * power take off and driveshafts * basic chassis electrical and lighting * metal fabrication and equipment production - primarily steel * 95%all new equipment - eliminating the dirt, grease and road grime associated with used equip. * competitive wages * Does Not require strong experience or certification on engines, transmission, differential, computer controls. _We’re looking for competent general mechanical knowledge * Full Benefits- Health Insurance, 401k, paid vacation, etc. * uniform service and PPG provided * privately owned, professional, yet less corporate environment * weekly pay periods Job requirements: * own a tool chest with basic hand, pneumatic, power and cordless tools. (detailed during visit/interview) * familiarity and efficient use of a broad range of hand and power tools * accurate comprehension/execution of instruction and work strategy * work efficiently both as individual and jump in on team effort jobs * produce quality, detailed oriented work * lift up to 100 lbs * maintain a clean and orderly work area * consistently work 40 hour weeks * ability to maintain and appropriately use protective gear. * reliable transportation * Not required, but welding experience is a plus.
