Core Values Murray Construction was built around these core values that have continued to be the bedrock of our company since 2000: Quality • Integrity • Character • Safety • Respect Our Mission Statement Murray Construction is committed to maintaining its leadership position in the roadsign industry by: Operating with principle & in an ethical manner Providing the highest caliber workmanship Encouraging personal excellence by rewarding outstanding performance Job Description Highway Roadsign Installer I ( Full-Time | Involves Frequent OvernightTravel ) Assist Construction Foreman & fellow crew in all duties related to successful completion of projects Marking\Flagging station markers for DigTest inspections Assemble components & assist in physical installation\removal of bases, posts, signs, mailboxes, delineators, object markers & misc safety equipment Mechanical & manual Boring\Excavating for base installations (Bobcat\Skid-loader) Mixing\pouring concrete for setting base components & misc. riprap Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job-site. Miscellaneous physical & maintenance related tasks Requirements Ability to travel out of town regularly (Company covers all travel and accommodations upfront) Ability to work safely under ranging environmental and weather conditions Capable of lifting 75+ lbs; strenuous manual labor may be required. Valid Texas Drivers License (Class C) Clean Driving Record (Minor infractions acceptable) Criminal Background Check (Flexible & willing to discuss depending on nature of crime) Standard Drug Screening Compensation Starting pay between $16-$17 hr (Based on level of experience) Pay increase possible for hard working individuals! Opportunity for right person to advance to foreman position. Overtime available (frequency varies) Potential for benefits after 1 year of continuous service *Experience always a plus but is not necessarily required.
