If so, you may fit into our team of amazing people who care for a developmentally disabled fellow in Estacada. He lives in his own home. This work is not for those who cannot help someone in the bathroom nor for someone who lacks patience. The people who are successful in this field are extremely reliable, flexible in their schedules, have a sense of humor, and the ability to problem solve when the unexpected happens. It is not always easy work, but it is very fulfilling and meaningful work. We have some openings on our team for full time (30 to 40 hours per week) and part time (20-25 hours per week) staff positions working day and/or swing shift. If you do not have experience in this kind of work, it is okay as long as you have a positive attitude and are willing to learn. You will be paid for training!
