Rehoming a Cuddlebug

Looking to rehome my parents dog. My mother is invalid and my father very sick with Cancer. They can no longer care for him and I cannot afford him. I have one dog already. He is a 6 year old neutered male. A terrier much of some sort. About 10 pounds. He has had a rabies vaccine only and his teeth need to be cleaned. He is on Blue dog food. Eats 1/2 cup a day. Inside only. Walks good on a leash and loves to be right with you. No health issues that I am aware of. Very friendly. He will tear up tissues or napkins if left on the floor. He is crate trained. Does well with doing his business outside but will also go in the house of not taken out frequently. Small rehoming fee to help ensure a good home. Thanks
