Description
We are accepting applications for a unique temporary position at the Federal Courthouse in Portland. Those selected will be paid $200 per day for their time, plus an additional $25 for parking and lunch. (Total of $225 paid at the end of each day.) The job involves watching a jury trial and providing opinions on the evidence. These temporary positions will begin Tuesday, May 4, and are expected to last until Tuesday, May 11. (Six days total)
To qualify for this opportunity you MUST:
Be a United States citizen,
Have a valid Oregon identification (e.g., drivers license),
Be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (for confidentiality)
Be available weekdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm, May 4-11,
Be available for a Zoom interview on Friday or Saturday of this week (exact time depends on your schedule),
Cannot have participated in a focus group involving a lawsuit in the past 2 years.
There are no specific demographic qualifications for this project. We want a wide range of education and employment backgrounds.
