I just flagged your post because it is idiotic. Senseless. Why do you CHOOSE to believe that EVERYTHING is a conspiracy? Anyone who spent this past winter in California knows damn well that we received very little rainfall. The result of low rainfall is water shortage. No conspiracy. If Trump claimed that there was a water shortage, you would be recycling your urine to wash your car. Since a democrat makes the statement you campaign against it.
