This is a full time position with year round work that provides opportunity for growth and advancement. Our work hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Benefits include: • Competitive salary • Retirement plan with company matching • Medical & dental insurance • Paid holidays and Paid time off Responsibilities Include: • Trim, scrape, or deburr objects or parts using hand tools • Grind, sand, clean, and polish stainless steel components to provide fine line finish using hand/power tools • File grooved, contoured and irregular surfaces of metal objects, such as machine parts • Verify quality of finished workpieces • Wash, dry, mark and bag parts • Keep a safe and organized work area Skills/Qualifications: • Attention to detail • Possess high quality workmanship • Willingness to learn and recognize inventory of parts used • Have general knowledge of hand and power tools • Able to follow written and oral instructions • Reliable transportation required Education/Experience • High school diploma or GED • Math requirement – Ability to add and subtract fractions • 2 years of Grinding/Finishing experience required Physical Requirements • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds at times. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
