Precise, consistent productivity is essential. It requires patience and a willingness to handle and complete multiple tasks accurately. We provide job knowledge through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers.Qualifications • Strong organizational and time management skills • Self-motivated personality • Exhibit a “can-do” attitudePrimary Responsibilities • Change engine oil and filters on Ford vehicles • Test and verify systems and components are secure and working properly • Maintain efficiency and accuracy diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles • Repair or replace work parts as necessary • Use power tools, machine tools, and everyday hand tools to perform various tasks • Repair leaking tires • Wash and vacuum vehicles • Clean and maintain shop area • Test drive the vehicle to make sure everything is satisfactory & safeRequirements • Knowledge of automobiles • High School Diploma or GED • Technical degree preferred • Basic computer skills • Ability to identify a problem quickly • Practical analytical and communications skills • Desire to learn new technology and repair and service procedure and specifications • Comfortable operating electronic diagnostic equipment • Physically able to perform assigned tasks, including lifting 85 pounds (or more)and working on your feet for extended periods • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to accept night and Saturday hours • Must have a valid drivers’ license with less than 4 points and no history of reckless driving • Mobile device requirements: IOS 12 or newer, iPhone 6S or newer or Android 8 or newer- Consent to a background check and drug screening Environmental Conditions • Expect consistent exposure to moving parts, chemicals, dust, dirt, and inclement weather conditions.Benefits • Health Insurance • Dental & Vision Insurance • Company-paid Short-Term Disability • Company-paid Basic Life Insurance • Long-term Disability • Voluntary Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • Employee Stock Ownership Plan • Opportunity for advancement • Employee Referral Program • A variety of perks PI135021193
