Real Estate Investor Seeks Helper. No Experience Necessary. Complete Training Provided. Looking to purchase and rehab several properties in the Wichita area. Should be familiar with Urban Neighborhoods. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Duties will include some physical labor, such as loading truck, cutting grass, painting, etc. Mechanical and computer skills would be helpful, but not necessary. Housing may be provided, if needed.
