We are searching for high-energy professional Part-Time Leasing Agent to provide management support in all aspects of residential rental property, including: marketing, sales, accounting, maintenance, and housekeeping. Location: 625 S. Goodman, Rochester Hours: Saturdays and Sundays 11 am - 4 pm Responsibilities: • Ensure property’s positive public impression • Apartment leasing • Conduct tours, run credit checks, explain lease terms. • Obtain and file signed lease documents. • Ensure timely collections; secure early renewals. • Provide responsive customer service to residents. • Staff rental office during scheduled hours • Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: • 2-5 years residential property management experience preferred, but will consider similar customer service / sales / support experience • Excellent sales and customer service skills • Professional demeanor and behavior; positive attitude • Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills • Ideal candidate will be a disciplined self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to follow up with multiple projects through completion. • General understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles • Microsoft Office proficiency We offer competitive salary with significant bonus/incentive opportunities.
