Duties and Responsibilities: Perform Work as Directed on Excavation/Construction Projects. Maintain a Clean and Tidy Worksite. Must Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures. Ability to Accurately Track and Manage Time. Must utilize gps and personal smart phone for worksite location time cards. Strong Work ethic and Morals. Drug Free Work Place. Willingness to submit random drug sampling. Must have reliable transportation to worksites. Qualifications and Skills: Basic Understanding of Construction Principles and Procedures. Ability to Communicate Effectively with Coworkers. Experience operating heavy equipment. Ability to Understand and Use Basic Construction Tools (e.g. able to read a tape measure). Competent to drive both Manual and Automatic Full-Size Trucks safely and in Accordance with State and Federal Laws. Ability to Read, Understand, and Follow Instructions and Directions. Able to Perform Basic Math Computations. Able to Work up to 12 Hour Shifts in all Weather Conditions and Temperatures.
