Our Walk program operates from 930AM to 430PM business days only (Monday - Friday, holidays excluded). PAID TRAINING & SUPPLIES We outfit you with all the supplies and training you will need to communicate and work effectively with dogs or cats or both, in a manner consistent with our force-free positive philosophy. Our company is built on consistent protocols to ensure the highest quality, positive experience for the pets and their human parents, as well as a safe, fun and rewarding experience for you. TEAM CULTURE Loyalty's is an inclusive, team-oriented community and despite the seemingly independent nature of the typical "dog walker" or "pet sitter" job. Our employees are rewarded with a sense of belonging with like minded professionals. COMPENSATION Employees maintain between 10 and 25 hours per week, and as a result, earn between $150 - $450 per week to start. We compensate our team at time and a half normal rate of pay on all Federal Holidays and when work performed per day exceeds 10 visits. The average hourly earning potential for our team members, including mileage and communication costs, is $18.00 per hour. Tips are 100% yours to keep. Cancelled visits are paid in full when the client cancels without notice. We offer security of income at Loyalty, stable schedules, regular routines and consistency. GET TO KNOW LOYALTY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS •Own reliable & insured automobile. •Possess a valid & current Virginia Drivers License. •Possess a safe driving history •Agree to an extensive background check. •Own a smartphone you are willing to use for work purposes throughout the day & computer with internet access you are willing to use for work purposes. •LOVE the outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods of time. •High School degree or equivalent. •Superb professional and character references.
