Cleaner/ grounds porter for a COMMERCIAL cleaning company. INTERVIEWING THIS WEEK. JOBS STARTS MAY 14. MOSTLY SUMMER WORK We are a vendor for management companies. We take care of amenity centers - pool decks, pool restrooms, clubhouse house rooms, playgrounds, etc. We have several openings! 2 in Saginaw and 1 in Mansfield PART TIME - 3 days per week Perfect for stay at home moms or dads or retired people. Flexible hours and working independently. OR ANYONE wanting to earn great money part time! DUTIES: -clean pool deck, straighten furniture, empty trash and reline cans, clean/disinfect restrooms, pick up trash on surrounding grounds, clean clubhouse rooms, beautify the whole area, etc REQUIREMENTS: -must be detailed minded, self motivated, honest, dependable, and able to work well independently -must be able to pass a background check, or have sufficient work experience since issues -must have good transportation and good work ethic -must be a hard worker and enjoy making things clean and beautiful HOURS AND PAY: SAGINAW: mornings only -location 1: 1-2 hours for pool deck at $30 per visit at 3 visits per week (mon, wed, fri) (summer only) plus 2-3 hours for clubhouse cleaning and grounds cleaning at $50 per visit - 1 visit per week (year round) -location 2: 1-2 hours for pool deck at $30 per visit at 2 visits per week - summer only -both locations are near each other MANSFIELD: mornings only -approx 1 hour for pool deck at $25 per visit at 3 visits per week (mon, wed, fri) (summer only) Please send an email - replying to this ad.
