Maintenance Lead Technician Split between two properties - 160+ units, Euless 76040 area - 50 units, Fort Worth 76110 area Growing real estate management and investment firm specializing in multifamily housing, seeks top-notch Lead Maintenance Technician. For over 18 years we have invested and provided property management services for over 8,500 apartment units and we are actively growing to 10,000+ units. The Lead Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents. The Communities are in the Euless/Fort Worth area and is approximately 210+ units combined. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in preventative maintenance • Trash out units for make ready product • Make ready and painting apartments as necessary • Maintain organization of the maintenance workshop • Have a positive attitude and maintain safety while at work • Willing to be On-call • Pick up ground and make sure the property looks clean • Other duties may be assigned at various times Required Skills & Experience: • 3+ years previous residential apartment lead maintenance experience • HVAC/EPA certification is required • Background in HVAC, building, mechanical skills, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, make readies, etc. • Must have own tools • Knowledge in pools and irrigation a plus • Excellent customer service skills • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required • Successful completion of drug and criminal background screens prior to employment are required. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required/preferred For immediate consideration, please email reply with your resume along with salary requirements.
