Anyone lose a Pheasant?

Did anyone lose a male pheasant? Tail feathers look pretty beat up and my guess is that it was a pen/caged bird that broke out and is living life on the outside. The problem is, outside is in my yard pissing my dog off. It's not all bad, my family has named it Kevin and it's cackle is starting to grow on me. I'm starting to root for Kevin to make it each night and so far he's evaded being eaten by a predator. With all that said, you have to prove this is your bird so I'd like you to cackle like the pheasant and see if it responds. It's the only way I can ensure that 50 Elmer Fudd's don't show up at my house.
