We are a growing company that is looking to add crews. We are looking to fill a landscaping Foreman position. The person filling this position will meet with customers and potential customers to bid landscaping, fertilization, grass cutting, tree removal, snow removal etc. jobs. You will be working with our scheduler as well as with our employees that will be performing the work. You will be on site and working with the landscaping and/or grass cutting crews when needed. You will be landscaping, mulching, cutting grass, ferting, snow plowing and problem solving. Landscaping foreman must have the following; *Valid insurable license a must! *Must have experience driving a pickup with a trailer! *Must have great people skills to deal with customers and employees *Must be a team player but also a leader *Must have reliable transportation to work *Must be reliable and at work on time every day *Must be able to work until the job is done *Should have the ability to work long hours outdoors in the heat, in a fast paced environment. *Must be able to work on Sundays when needed (always off on Saturday during grass season) *Should have Clean Driving record and pass a drug screen if asked. *Should be able to follow verbal and written instructions and be able to communicate effectively. *Should have a good attitude, with honesty and punctuality. *Should take pride in their work. *Attention to details. *Shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas. *Employee must be able to lift excess of 50 pounds *Commercial Mowing Experience is required! (Zero turn Riders, Walk behinds, Standons, Use of weedwackers, edging etc.) *Snow plowing experience Please only call if you have experience described above. We will put you to work right away.
