You already now the basics like drywall/paint and you want to learn about other things like electrical and computer network wiring. 2 days a week as an assistant to Facility Coordinator for a 200 room property in Las Cruces. We work separate from the maintenance staff on special projects. Ideally a student or someone who needs part time and wants to learn. The 2 days a week is flexible, except for Sunday. We will decide on 2 days and stick to it. - Painting/Trim - Drywall - Moving equipment/materials [helper work] - Pulling electrical wiring - Inspecting attic spaces - Pulling & installing network cabling I can teach you computer networking concepts on the days we are working on those items. [Currently the end of May we are doing a 2 week networking project] The rest of the time it will be odd jobs, completing renovations and touching up projects. You must be able to climb ladders and carry 45 lbs.
