HP Tuners is currently seeking a full-time entry-level assembly technician to join our team in Buffalo Grove, IL. Job Duties: -Assembly of small electronic assemblies using basic hand tools -Disassembly of small electronic assemblies using basic hand tools -Visual quality control reviews -Using automated computer programs to transfer data -Kitting and packaging of products -Documenting completed work -Inventory upkeep functions Please Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Education/Experience Requirements: -High School diploma, GED or combination of work experience and skill development required -Ability to use small hand tools -Ability to lift 25+ lbs -Basic computer skills -Ability to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) -Ability to perform visual quality control inspections -Ability to work independently -Previous work in a manufacturing environment desirable but not required -Soldering and diagnostic tools experience a plus but not required Position Incentives: HP Tuners subsidizes Health Insurance for the employee.
