Yard drivers needed - B SHIFT (2-10PM) AND C SHIFT (10pm-6am) DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age of 21 years - Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens following new hire process!! Farm experience is great! No more than 3 preventable and/or serious accidents, moving violations or "serious" violations combined in the past 3 years with 5 years driving record reviewed. Serious violations include: Excessive speeding - 15 mph over limit Reckless driving Improper or erratic lane change Following too close At fault rear end collision, roll over, jack knife, head on collision No felony, alcohol or drug related convictions in the past 5 years without management approval No more than 3 jobs in the past 12 months unless reasonable explanation can be given. Medical/dental/vision/life insurance available after 60 days Holiday pay after 90 days employment Vacation is 1 week paid after one year.
