I cannot seem to find a reliable handyman. Missed appointments, never shows up, surprise charges, jobs not 100% finished but they want paid, and never come back to finish, etc. Nobody is perfect, and I have realistic expectations. Things come up, things happen, and I understand that - but, it's not that hard to agree on a job, perform the job as promised, and get paid.
I have pretty regular work I need done between my homes and my family's place. I would just like someone who I can develop a good, reliable, working relationship with.
For example... current projects include: installing a few baseboards, fixing some crown molding, I need a door shaved down so it doesn't scrape the floor, I need a larger wheel installed on a gate so it swings better, etc.
