I have a few rooms in the garden level of a building that are fit for (quiet) artists, i.e. no musicians. They are all heated, lockable, have a private entrance, and a shared bathroom. One has an operable sink. Access will be limited to the artist -- it's not a hang out space -- and access hours will be between 8am and 8pm. Artists must dispose of their own waste.
