Nestled in the rolling hills of Victor, NY, Champion Hills Country Club is a year-around venue offering beautiful landscapes and a challenging 9 hole golf course. We are recruiting Pro Shop Associates to work in our golf shop. The selected candidate will provide membership service and assist Head Golf Professional in day to day operations of the golf shop. Assist with all tournament operations including weekly member leagues, group outings and club-sponsored events Assist with junior golf program and other instructional programs as needed. Assist with all opening, closing and daily procedures Assist with player services responsibilities when asked Responsible for shop appearance which include daily cleaning, dusting, inventory rotation and changing of displays Assist in Inventory control including: ordering procedures and receiving procedures Assist in daily accounting procedures Assist in daily shop counter and back office cleanliness and organization Assist in daily promotion and sales of hard goods, and all special orders Requirements Must have strong customer service skills Appropriate technical skills to exceed member and guest expectations Benefits Employee golf privileges Discounts on merchandise in golf shop Discount on snack shop items
