Books, clothes, household items, etc. The Butte County Historical Society is a local Non-Profit Corporation funded by membership dues, gifts and fundraising opportunities. All profits generated will be used to continue the mission of the Butte County Historical Society, which is to preserve Butte County’s rich and varied history, making it engaging and meaningful for all.
