Miss gardening? Yard available for project/eco/etc- needs tlc

looking for someone or someones who may wnat to enjoy gardening but doesn’t have a garden or wants to create a new project. Our home was a short sale and the yard is in shambles. its sad and ugly. Im very sick and I’d love a pretty yard so so so much but cant do the work. I’m disabled and just have stayed to sick to give the yard the love it needs and deserves and as a one income family with two disabled people we can’t afford to pay going rates for pros. I’m also willing to consider any eco plans to help yard be an oasis for wildlife if thats your hope too- it would be wonderful! firstly need help to tear out small dying lawn in front i cant care for and replace with low care - like rocks and succulents -?- I’d buy materials and let someone design and enjoy the gardening if theyd like to work something out. id also be open to letying a pro use our yard to stage their dream yard for pictures to advertise their business maybe? we also have several less common (some huge blooms!) beautiful rose bushes you can gets starts from for your yard or a friends and succulent starts I can do office type work, writing, and many manyj years ago I did business consulting providing help with management- including advertising/planning and strategy/optimization/streamlining purchasing etc and so on bottom line is need affordable help with the yard or to barter so the yard will stop bejng neglected!
