iLOOKABOUT Inc. is recruiting a supervisor for our Streetview Vehicle Operators in Hamilton County, Ohio with the possibility of other campaigns. This is a contract position with full time hours. In this role, vehicle operators will drive a specified route to automatically collect image data for iLOOKABOUT’s Streetview imaging in conjunction with the office of the Hamilton County Auditor. This role requires a driver to follow a map on a designated route while maintaining a set speed to collect image data. The Streetview Vehicle Supervisor will also be responsible for managing the responsibilities of a team of 3 drivers. Camera mounted vehicles and training are provided. The nature of the photography work is subject to weather conditions. 8 week contract starting early May Comfortable with maps, GPS, computers and camera equipment Strong positional awareness Availability to work continuously during contract Weekend work required Ability to work alone or as part of a team Military experience an asset Duties and Responsibilities: - Managing crew of 3+ drivers - Confirming driver’s invoices - Shipping and Receiving data and equipment - Managing inventory and handing out supplies - Assist in setting up and tearing down vehicles - Troubleshooting equipment issues over the phone or in person - Handling the majority of the communication with the office - Handling any on site interaction with the client Requirements: - Ability to read a map and a GPS (i.e. Garmin, TomTom etc.) and use the two in conjunction with each other - Strong aptitude of positional awareness in urban and rural settings - Ability to focus on driving while multiple data collection instrumentation is in operation - Effective time management and organization skills - Basic computer and technical skills and access to a computer with Internet - Motivation and aptitude for working independently - Impeccable valid driver’s license - Experience with GIS and/or digital cameras is an asset - Applicants must be at least 26 years of age or older in accordance with our company's insurance policy
