The ideal candidate for our beautiful community must be committed to promote a well maintained community for our residents and provide excellent customer service for our tenants Essential Responsibilities : - Tour prospective residents available apartments and community common areas and rent apartments according to the guidelines established by the agency - Follow up on prospect leads via phone and/or email - Build a positive rapport and communication with residents to encourage lease renewals - Responsible for inspecting vacant units and turning over vacant units -Resolve any tenant conflicts and concerns. Involve your supervisor if necessary. - Expedite apartment make-readies for future tenants Requirements : - Must live on-site - Must be willing to work on weekends and evenings if necessary - Valid Driver's License Qualifications : 3 years or more in property management
