Property Maintenance repairs remolding in NE Phila, Bucks County 3 to 5 days a week. compensation: In details Primary tasks: -Tile setting -Stucco -Vinyl flooring -Hardscaping Greetings, We're looking for a maintenance person/hanyman able to do masonry tasks- tile setting, vinyl flooring, hardscaping, back splashes, some carpentry, painting, drywall, with a wide skill set. Must be honest, reliable, respectful, and you must take pride in your work, have a car as public transportation not reliable in Bucks county, Pay starts at 22 an HR if skilled to accomplish tasks well. I'll be conducting phone interviews prior to scheduling you to come in and work a day or two for a paid trial period.
